It’s day 9 of the 3rd Annual Project QUILTING Mystery Quilt Along! It’s finally time for the big reveal! I’ve been really enjoying watching everyone work on this mystery quilt. So many fun and different fabric selections, fantastic guesses on layout and the support is wonderful! You now have all the pieces you need to put together the 24″ mystery quilt meant to get you super excited for the 12th season of Project QUILTING which starts on January 3rd. Be sure to link up on the bottom your finished tops and/or completely finished quilts for a chance to win prizes! If you need help linking up – just send me an email with your photo and I’ll do it for you! (lapaceksorchard@gmail.com)
Clue 9
Layout
I realized after clue 3 that I was giving you the clues in way too much order which was making the layout too obvious. I immediately switched the order up so things wouldn’t be so obvious. Follow the layout above to put together all the blocks you made.
You could sew these together row by row but I personally like sewing the shortest seams possible as long as possible. This was the progress I made as I sewed together.
Then …
And then sew the top and the bottom strips to create:
Now! Finish up your mini quilt top! You can win a prize for either linking up your finished quilt top or your finished mini quilt (three layers, quilted and bound!). You have until noon on Sunday, January 3rd to link up!
And the winner of Trish’s favorite layout option is Daisy M!
She came up with so many fabulous layout options we wanted to post the picture here in case you decide to put yours together in an alternate layout (it’s ok if you do). It’s just been fun seeing what everyone has been guessing and coming up with but Daisy’s options blew us away!

Quilt Tops:
so … I sort of forgot that I said I would link others up for this and ignored my computer for a bit so I’m adding in the link up below for me to post all those that emailed me to link up for them. My apologies! I promise I’ll get my act together for Project QUILTING!

Ugh. I had struggles linking, and then it came through with no caption. Feel free to edit if you can! Thanks!

Oh gosh, I’m so computer illiterate! I attached my QUILT TOP to the finished quilt section? Can you delete it for me? Sorry! Thanks!
