I don’t know about you all, but the challenge this week “made me” eat more chocolate than I typically do – at least it was delicious. Please Trish, don’t do a “cheesecake challenge” anytime soon!
Everyone – wow! Once again – I’m blown away by the creativity and dedication you all have to making this little challenge of mine a success. This is the last challenge but we still have one more week of voting before we announce all the last winners and of course, choose the Grand Prize Winner!
Time to Vote
Let the fun begin! TIME TO VOTE! Choose your TEN Favorite Quilts below that were created for the Project QUILTING Craving Chocolate Challenge and click on the heart to vote (upper right corner)! You can click on the photo’s themselves to read the “story” behind the quilt – my favorite part! (When you click on the photos a checkmark will appear in the upper left corner – this means nothing other than you’ve clicked on the link.) When you stop by please take a minute to comment on your favorite thing about the quilt! Let’s make Project QUILTING an inspiring, uplifting community that encourages and supports each other in positive ways! Don’t forget to check out the quilt made by Sherry Shish of Powered by Quilting. You can read more about it HERE.
The quilt with the most votes (aka “Viewer’s Choice”) will receive …
A mystery box of fabric and other goodies from yours truly! I did a huge cleaning of my sewing room before this season was started and I found a plethora of goodies that I’ve been collecting for prizes and then putting somewhere safe for the last few years only to forget where I put them. Well – I found them and one lucky winner will benefit from that at the end of this week!
If you’ve entered a project in this week’s challenge, don’t hide your light under a barrel! Share the voting link – there’s no shame in soliciting votes from family and friends! Everyone gets 10 votes, so they can vote for you AND browse around and see what else catches their eye. It’s an online art show, sharing with the world quilts that may be outside their expectations or preconceptions.
The “Viewer’s Choice” winner & random prize winners will all be announced sometime between 8pm on Friday, March 29th and Sunday, March 31st … stay tuned for exact times. If you haven’t checked out the prize post yet be sure to do so. This weeks sponsors include: Fat Quarter Shop, Betty Crockerass, Crafty Sewing & Quilting, Color Girl Quilts, ThermOWeb, Sarah Goer Quilts, PamelaQuilts, Maywood Studio, Aurifil, Powered by Quilting and PersimonDreams.
VOTE for TEN of your favorite quilts below by clicking on the heart in the upper right corner of the thumbnail image!
There are a few of us who can’t qualify for prizes but still want to share with you what we created for the Project QUILTING challenge. I’ve created a special link up for us! Not only will we be linking up here but if you didn’t finish the challenge in time you’re welcome to link up below so folks can see your finished project – whenever that may be!
Didn’t finish your quilt for the on time? That’s okay! You can’t win prizes but we still want to see what you did! Please link up your finish project below – anytime! We want to see your work.
You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!
It wouldn’t let me vote, though it recorded the sites I went to. I guess I’m too late. Great quilts, everybody!
yup – voting closed on the 29th 😉
