I am blown away! I thought with QuiltCon, this continuous insane weather, sickness, etc, our numbers would be BELOW 100 this week! But – THEY’RE NOT! Yeah! I’m so excited on all the amazing pieces that were once again created for the Project QUILTING Challenge – Pixel Play. Some kept it simple (I’m personally raising my hand here) and others are still uncrossing their eyeballs from all the tiny pieces they worked with this week! No matter which route you took – YOU DID IT – and I’m proud to be leading this amazing group of creative quilters.

Viewer’s Choice
The quilt with the most votes will receive … aka “Viewer’s Choice”
A mystery box of fabric and other goodies from yours truly! I did a huge cleaning of my sewing room before this season was started and I found a plethora of goodies that I’ve been collecting for prizes and then putting somewhere safe for the last few years only to forget where I put them. Well – I found them and one lucky winner will benefit from that at the end of this week!
If you’ve entered a project in this week’s challenge, don’t hide your light under a barrel! Share the voting link – there’s no shame in soliciting votes from family and friends! Everyone gets 10 votes, so they can vote for you AND browse around and see what else catches their eye. It’s an online art show, sharing with the world quilts that may be outside their expectations or preconceptions.
The “Viewer’s Choice” winner & random prize winners will all be announced sometime between 8pm on Friday, March 1st and Sunday, March 3rd … stay tuned for exact times. If you haven’t checked out the prize post yet be sure to do so. This weeks sponsors include: Hummingbird Highway– the Ultimate Weekly Sponsor, Crafty Sewing & Quilting, Color Girl Quilts, ThermOWeb, Sarah Goer Quilts, Becky Grover, PamelaQuilts, Maywood Studio, Aurifil, Cheryl Lynch Quilt and PersimonDreams.
