One of my favorite designers – Kid Giddy – and her sister – Moss & Lotus are starting another fun Sew Along this July. Last year, you may remember the Sweater Quilt Along they ran – what fun! This year – from July 5th through December 15th designers from all over the world will be making and sharing their finished mug club block on instagram. 
This block went together fast and has a great impact. I can’t wait to make a few more of them and then make them into mug rugs for perfect holiday gifts! I can’t believe how far ahead I’m already getting. You can join in the fun too! (Did I mention you can win prizes!?) Here’s how:
@mossandlotus and @kidgiddy have both designed 6 different mugs – kidgiddy has a bonus mug in her set and mossandlotus has some awesome bonus pieces that can allow you to make a teapot, sugar bowl and of course a cookie jar too! (I’m pretty sure I’m going to HAVE to make the teapot, sugar bowl, tea set for Capri … she collects them! What a perfect little mini quilt idea!)
