Fiesta de Azucar coming your way

Hi – this is Trish Frankland (AKA Quiltchicken) and I’m taking over Kim’s blog to tell you about something very exciting starting Saturday, July 1. I’m nuts about skulls for myriad reasons and I’m so, so happy to announce that I’m participating (right here on Kim’s blog) in the Fiesta de Azucar 2017 blog hop. You’ve heard of a block of the month? Well, this is sugar skull of the week!  Nine amazing designers have each created a unique sugar skull design, and we’ll be rolling them out one at a time from July 1st through August 26th, 2017. Once they’re announced, each block pattern will be for sale for only $3 on the designer’s blog, website, Etsy, or Craftsy. Plus, if you stitch up any one or more of our Fiesta de Azucar 2017 blocks before October 30th and post it on our FB page, you’ll be eligible to win some great prizes! Our hop’s sponsors, Island Batik and Aurifil, have donated great prizes, with additional prizes added by the designers!
