Hello everyone! You may have noticed that I took a few weeks off from blogging. I had my birthday in there, a couple of teaching/talk gigs, and a quilt retreat with 13 friends from all over the US. It was great! But I’m back and I have a new quilt finish to share with you! Blend Fabrics sent me some of Cori Dantini’s “Promise of Spring” fabric line for me to make a quilt with and use Therm O Web products on. Many of Cori Dantini’s lines come with a panel of adorable featured creatures. I created a log cabin pattern that you could use to feature any of her lines with a 12” x 44” panel. You can get your own copy of the pattern from my craftsy site HERE. I embellished the quilt with some fun Decofoil. Earlier this week I blogged for ThermoWeb and shared how you can embellish any project for DecoFoil! It is a really great way to make your quilt pop! I just adore this line of fabric and the quilt looks perfect hanging on my wall for spring time! Linking up to Finish It Up Friday! PS – If you ever wonder what I’m up to when I’m not blogging – be sure to follow me on Instagram @PersimonDreams. I post daily!

OMB…bunnies in bowls. I LOVE it. And I really loved your presentation at the PALS Quilt Guild in Muskegon, MI. I love your approach, attitude and sense of humor; all are very apparent in your quilts. You have re-inspired me! (PS – watched the Nancy Z interview – "Wisconsin time" LOL. Also, is that an Aunty Em sweater you are wearing in that video?).
