Happy Saturday night! I’m working on this as I play my new favorite game – Catan – with my family! It’s really quite a fun game and when I don’t have deadlines it’s been great way to just hang out with the family and play a game. Anyway – it’s time to share with you all the prizes that are for grab for challenge 8.4 of Project QUILTING! All you need to do is complete the next Project QUILTING Challenge going up tomorrow at noon CST to have your name entered in the drawing.
PRIZE 1
One of these mini spool sampler thread collections from Aurifil!
PRIZE 2
Sam Hunter of Hunter’s Design Studio is giving one lucky winner a PDF pattern of their choice!
PRIZE 3
“Sweet Baby” pattern from Perkins Dry Goods!
PRIZE 4
Spring-a-ling Charm Pack from Moda!
PRIZE 5
Oh Cherry! Quilt Pattern with full color diagrams, color way options and coloring sheet
PRIZE 6
Product Prize from ThermoWeb! I love everything Thermoweb so I’m sure this will be fabulous and I can’t wait to see what you win!
PRIZE 7
“Quilting Gift Certificate” for $30.00 off the Quilting on a Baby size quilt or larger. (Baby, Lap, Twin. Full, Queen, or King) from Marcia’s Crafty Sewing & Quilting.
The Gift Certificate will be good for 4 months starting one month after the challenge ends. Excluding the Month of December for using the gift certificate. The quilting gift certificate is transferable to another person, so you can share it with a friend, if you’d like.
Marcia will do an estimate based on the size of the winner’s quilt top, quilting choices, thread choices, and batting and if they would like to purchase backing fabric from me. Winner can send backing fabric and batting with their quilt top, but I do have it available. This way the winner will have a good estimate of the value of your quilting prize.
PRIZE 8
Marcia would also like to giveaway to a separate winner a prize of one of her original patterns(value $8.00).
PRIZE 9
The pattern Gossamer from Color Girl Quilts!
PRIZE 10
This fantastic Liberty Headband from Pointelle Design!
PRIZE 11

- I really want to make this but I’m the only one in my family that likes shrimp … perhaps they can have pizza … 20 minute Honey Garlic Shrimp
- If I could find some decent avocado’s this will definitely be on our weekend menu! Easy Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas.
- Being a true Wisconsin-ite this sounds pretty ok – Potato and Brat Casserole – and I think my kids would even eat it.
And with that … be sure to get everything you need to get done because you’re going to want to have time to work on the next challenge! It’s Fabulous! And now – you get to patiently wait for the next Project QUILTING Challenge to go up!

We love Settlers! I love that my kids are now old enough to play it with us. Tonight, actually, we might play Star Trek Settlers.

I've been helping my sister do some demo work in her new house, and waiting not-so-patiently for the next challenge. I also posted on Facebook that the next challenge will be posted soon if anybody wanted to jump in and make a quilt for the next round.
