This past weekend, I was thrilled to have enough room given to me to hang 72 of the quilts from the “Focus Through the Prism” Challenge that I ran on my blog last year. They were hanging at the Rio Library Quilt Guild show and they looked amazing! Unfortunately I wasn’t able to be there with them due to our first weekend of apple season but MANY folks came by the orchard after the show and told me how great they looked and how fun it was to see what everyone came up with!Top Row, left to right: “Circus Monkey” – First in Monkey Wrench Challenge, pieced & quilted by Becky Grover, Ann Arbor, MI, “Red Red Rudolph” pieced & quilted by Pat DuBois, Woodbury, MN, “Keeping It Simple” pieced by Audrey Manning and Quilted by Marcia Wachuta, Middleton, WI Second Row: “Soul Sisters” pieced & quilted by Sharon Scott, Sun Prairie, WI, “My Tumbleweed Friends” BEST IN SHOW, Pieced & Quilted by Victoria Mansfield, Brisbane, Australia, “Cirque de Zinnias” pieced & quilted by Diane Lapacek, Poynette, WI Third Row: “Monkey with a Wrench” pieced & quilted by Linda Syverson Guild, Bethesda, MD, “Design on the Fly” pieced & quilted by Mary Deeney, Minnetonka, MN, “Monkey Madness” pieced & quilted by Leslie Carmichael, Prattville, AL Bottom Row: “Pinwheels” pieced & quilted by Karen Golden, Woodbury, MN, “OMG!
