Last year I attended the International Quilt Festival as a visitor and admirer of quilts. This year I won’t be there in person – but I’m proud to announce that I will still be represented at the show. My quilt ‘Modern Log Cabin’ was accepted into the special exhibit “In the American Tradition 2015: International Quilts.” Someone needs to pinch me! I can’t believe this is actually happening!
Congratulations! That's a great experience!!
And you deserve it!
Congratulations, it's a great quilt.
Congrats Kim!!! that is awesome
Congratulations Kim. You are truly deserving.
How exciting! Congratulations Kim! Your work is gorgeous. And I'm sure there will be more Houston quilts in the future.
Awesome! I look forward to seeing it in person. There are always so many wonderful quilts to look at, and I have a fun time going up to one I know from online to see the detail and true colors. It's like a favorite celebrity coming to town and standing still against a wall…LOL.
Congratulations! Such an honor. That pink and yellow reminds me of those sugary lollipops- maybe sweet tarts? Loved those as a kid.
