I’m so excited to share with you that one of my favorite fabric sites and good friend has recently released a revamp of her online store – Fabrics N Quilts! I’ve just spent a little time doing some browsing (and perhaps a bit of shopping … it’s my birthday month so that’s okay right!?) and it’s absolutely AMAZING!
I had to share with you a screenshot I took of Fabrics N Quilts webpage when I opened it up for the first time. Isn’t it just beautiful. And I’m a HUGE fan of the spool of thread symbol and I just love how she uses it throughout her page!
After I finished goggling over the beautiful web page design it was time to do some shopping. The navigation is fast and easy and it is broken into sections – designer, brand, collection, style and color! Love this! I’m always looking for random things and now I’ll be able to choose which way is going to work best for my particular need at the moment.
Oooh! The Style search just helped me just discover these beautiful crackle solids! How great!? And how have I not seen these before!?
Before I move into bullet pointing all the great features this new site offers I need to high light probably my new favorite thing ever – Preview your fabrics in blocks BEFORE you buy!
Here’s how it works – put fabric in your cart. (We can all do that right!?) Visit your cart and click the button at the top of the cart that says “Preview Fabric in Block”. The screen shot shown above will come into view. You can pick which block you’d like to play around with and then you simply move your fabrics into the middle row and the block on the screen updates. It’s truly amazing, quick, and easy to use. I’m sure I’ll be using it all the time now!
Okay – and now so I don’t make you wait too much longer to find out about the giveaway I’m moving to bullet points.
- FREE US shipping-all day, every day, no minimum, no limit, no coupon-NO HASSLE. PLUS great international rates, including first pound to Canada is free (which would include an order of up to 2 yards of fabric).

I've never gone, and would love to go. Unfortunately, I have twenty-five trust tax returns to review, and the person who actually does them leaves them until the last minute. I'll never be able to take vacation the week before/of April 15th.

I have never been to the Paducha show and hope to attend sometime in the future. I have been to the Lancaster show (where Flight of the Seagulls, my PQ quilt, was picked up to be published) 🙂 And I hope to attend the first show in Daytona next year sine my family has a place there.

I really enjoyed the pre cuts The Stonehenge fat quarters were really nice. Also enjoyed the notions and the free shipping! Thanks
I haven't gone to the AQS Quilt Show in Paducah. I think it would be very fun to go, and maybe I'll get around to it one year. However, I live in Houston, so attending the International Quilt Festival just takes braving downtown one-way streets and paying out the yazoo for parking. It's just once a year, though, and it's an awesome show every year, so it's totally worth it! Kinda hard to get excited about another quilt show when such a great one is in town. Now, the Sisters Oregon show – that seems very different, and I love that part of the country! I would probably go there before Paducah, KY.
I really like FabricsNQuilts "Shop by Style" tool. SO helpful if you don't want to wade through childrens prints and florals just to find some geometric or text fabric!
I have never been to Paducah, would love to go, but I do not travel well, to much pain.

I went to the quilt show in Paducah with wonderful friends in 2000 and 2006. Not only is the show great, Paducah is a wonderful town to visit in the spring. I'd love to go again.
The Fabrics N Quilts website is easy to maneuver and I love auditioning the fabrics in a quilt block. What a great idea !
I flew to Paducah in 2010 with my quilt guild from Rockford Illinois. The biggest plane that ever landed in Paducah! It was a day trip for the show – fabulous! Not going this year but would love to go again sometime.
No I have not been to Paducah yet. It is on my bucket list though, hehe. I'm hoping that one year soon my BFF and I can make the trip together. We take all our classes together so it would be great to go together.

I have never been, won't be going, and probably won't ever go to the quilt show in Paducah — it's too far away from me. If I ever get the chance, I'd love to! sarah@forrussia.org
I have never been. My best chance of attending an AQS event is the quilt show in Lancaster, since I live in PA. That one is a lot closer. I would love to go.

I've never been to the show in Paducah and am not going this year, but I'd love to go, someday. Living in Oregon, it would be a stretch. Still, a girl can dream.
I've been looking for some black and white fabric to add to my stash–great for sashing and cornerstones. With free shipping in the US, I feel like I can pick up a little from Fabrics N Quilts when I see it. It's easy to find with their search tool, too.
Never been to Paducah quilt show and probably never will…sigh.
I like the build a bundle feature at Fabrics and Quilts
I have never been to the Paducah Quilt Show but would love to if ever possible.
