I saw this amazing ‘Eloide Elphant Doll Pattern‘ from Bit Of Whimsy Dolls and I just couldn’t resist. I purchased the pattern and of course…it sat for a bit. I finally decided it was time to give it a try. I pulled together some of my orphan blocks (blocks that never made it into the actualy quilt) and created this fun little guy! I am so in LOVE with him! His huge ears are perfect and he was easy peasy to put together! I am hoping to have five of these ready for the Craftacular in a few weeks…3 from fabrics from my stash and 2 from other orphan blocks. I have three ready for ears and eyes and two cut out…I think I can manage to fit it all in!
Now the question is for mom’s out there! What would be your price range for these guys? The instructions were easy to follow but quite a few steps and quite a bit of fabric.
$25? Not sure what I'd charge, though. I'm loving your elephant!
