HOT Capri

Yup, Capri has been HOT the last few days – fevers running in the 102’s and today all the way up to 103.6!  I finally took her in and turns out she has an ear infection and strep throat – poor baby.   She’s really been a trooper through this all but it’s so hard to watch you baby so sick that they don’t even want to get off the couch and they won’t eat anything – not even ice cream!  Luckily she never lost her thirst for milk or juice – she’s definitely stayed hydrated through this ordeal.  I hope that after these antibiotics start to kick in she’ll be back to her old self.  I keep getting my hopes up that she’s better but so far it’s just been the medicine kicking in…crossing my fingers for a better tomorrow (tonight too)…
