Themed Thursday – Knitting Mania!

I am currently reading the book “The Friday Night Knitting Club” by Kate Jacobs.  Which I’m completely enthralled with.  I wish it wasn’t apple season or I would have had it finished two days ago!  One of the reviews from USA Today says “makes you yearn for yarn, even if you’re not a knitter.”  SO TRUE!  I know how to knit a simple scarf but this book is definitely making me wish I knew how to do more!  Here’s a few great knitting related finds for this week:  I’m dreaming of knitting my next project with this beautiful FunctionArt Plum Divine – HandDyed HandSpun Art Yarn from KittyGrrlz.  This PDF Knitting Pattern – Pea in a Pod from peainapod is exactly the kind of project I would love to do! I think this Wrap Hoodie from xoxi is just adorable! The perfect straight knitting needle organizer for my bamboo knitting needle from sarahkincheloe. KyleWilliam creates these absolute stunning yarn bowls.  This one is Etta – Cast Aluminum Mineral/Rust.    Aren’t there such fun things that go with knitting!  Maybe I’ll find some time to do some yarn creating…eventually!
