Hello everyone! Sorry I haven’t been posting very frequently…with all this hot weather we’ve been spending a lot of time at the pool and not moving much 🙂 I just wanted to post a few of the ‘highlight’ pictures of the week for you to enjoy!
Cedi modeled this adorable dress that I found in her closet! I had it hanging from a weird shelf and I’m glad I found it when I did…so cute!
Capri has spent a lot of time lately in her diaper and her boots…probably her all time favorite outfit right now!
Last night we attended Jared’s cousins baby shower/house warming party. It was a super fun time hanging out with all the relatives. It took a little while for the girls to warm up…they spent the first little bit sitting in chairs next to each other but away from the party.
Cedi soon attached herself to her 4 year old cousin Abigail. They were having fun pushing the stroller up and down the driveway when Cedi biffed it and got a raspberry on her forehead. She cried a little but soon brushed herself off and went to play again!
At one point in the evening Abigail told me, “You don’t need to follow us, we have secrets…” (I was trying to keep an eye on them as they edged along the cornfield and around the house…we soon learned that Jake was just as good at keeping an eye on them.)

Capri is going to be my little tattoo artist when she grows up! Instead of coloring paper she likes to color her body 🙂
