A mini-thrift shop can also be found in the back of the store. I always enjoy looking for a ‘treasure’. The other day I found a super cute hat! I’ve had a problem with hats recently (my problem being, I can’t stop myself from buying them)…oops!
Part of the charm of this little shop is talking with the owner, Laura Walters. She has a wonderful personality and is always so friendly when I stop by. I now even have my own drink…Chocolate Covered Cherry Cappuccino, a.k.a. Kim Special.
Just recently Laura asked to carry some of my hand-dyed onesies in her shop. Of course, I was thrilled. You can see examples of these by looking at my etsy shop (go to the children’s clothing section), http://www.kimscraftyapple.etsy.com/. She is also carrying some of the adorable ribbon bracelets that I have made this past year.
I hope you decide to make a stop one day and enjoy this little store as much as I do.
