DIY Christmas Gift–Essential Oils Zipper Pouch

I love giving presents. I don’t really like getting them … for me the joy comes from finding the perfect gift that the person is not expecting to get.  I have this fun Farm Animal Yoga fabric in my stash and I knew right away what I would make with it.  My yoga instructor is absolutely amazing. I can’t even begin to describe what she’s done for me.  Her words and her kindness and energy – just incredible.  This holiday season I wanted to make something for her and because I know she’s really into essential oils I got SewHungryHippie’s Essential Oils Case pdf pattern and I made it using the “Yoga is for Everyone” fabric. I filled it with a few things I knew she’d like (not essential oils … I know she has a bunch of those already) and gifted it to her.  It was wonderful to give her just a little something to let her know just how much she means to me and how much of an impact she’s having on other people. At her last class she said something that is now going to be my new mantra, “You don’t have to fit in.  You belong.”
